Kenzy & Olivia

“Kenzy” Makenzy Williamson comes of a family of professional musicians and has continued this tradition. But music is only part of her life. Kenzy is also an accomplished rock climber! Her early years were spent on the sides of cliffs that would make even the bravest among us quiver. Kenzy was raised on Ontario’s beautiful Bruce Peninsula which has some incredible cliffs! “I got into climbing with my dad Greg Williamson who has climbed professionally for years” Kenzy has travelled to Kentucky, Spain, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, British Columbia for climbing opportunities. Her younger sister has now taken up the family skill set.

A country girl who loves the outdoors, Kenzy’s house is in the woods outside of the tiny village of Lion’s Head, Ontario. The solitude of this location gives her the solitude she needs for her song writing.

“My high school only had 60 students in it total. I graduated at the top of my class but there were only 11 others” Kenzy says with a slight grin.

A musical family background helped give Kenzy the direction toward music and vocal lessons from an early age. A prolific creative flow has Kenzy writing new songs almost daily.

Strong piano and guitar playing skills combined with a unique voice and thought provoking lyrical content keep the listener wanting more.

The musical style can best be described as “Avril Lavigne meets Adele”

Olivia Williamson: Olivia’s natural ability to hear and sing harmony lines was apparent at age 4. Singing with her dad on stage in her early years gave Olivia the experience she needed. Still in her high school years, Olivia has a new exciting career in front of her.

The new duo has been performing throughout Ontario and the girls are very excited about the new release.
